 OPERATIONS

1. Contract Manager/Project Manager
- Must have at least SPM/STPM
- Must have managerial experience more than 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC.
- Responsible for the overall operation of the Company work with the Client.
- Shall liaise with the Client’s Representative and shall ensure that all works, including
the compilation of reports and the like, is completed expeditiously.
- Responsible for the supply of competent, experienced and qualified personnel.
- Be fully aware of, and shall comply with, and cause all employees to comply with, the
requirements of the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 (ACT 304) and all other
regulations in force in Malaysia or which may come into force in Malaysia during the
Contract, with regards to ionizing radiation.
- Ensure that all West Malaysian/Regional/Global workers International passports and
Working Permits requirements are always valid during employment.
- Ensure that progress of training and Malaysianization is in line with the programme approved by Client.


2. Electrical & Instrument Engineer
- Possess a recognized degree in Electrical Electronic or equivalent. Must have at least 3years experience within his engineering discipline, preferably in oil and gas related industry.
- Must have field experience on execution of major hock‐up and commissioning project.


3. Senior Engineering Inspector
- Min. SPM / Equivalent and valid certification in CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II in UT, PT and MT
- Min. 3 – 5 years experience in related field
- Knowledge in ASME boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31 series, AWS D1.1, AP1
1104, ASTM, NACE painting specs Mechanical catalogues, General Assembly (GA),P&ID and RBI is an advantage.


4. Engineering Inspector (EI)
- Min SPM/Equivalent
- 13 years experience in related field & oil and gas industry
- Knowledge in ASME Boiler & pressure vessel code, ASME B31 Services, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASTM, NACC painting specs, Mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&I and other relating drawings and all equipment associated with welding fabrication.


5. Senior Blasting & Painting Inspector
- Min. SPM / Equivalent with certification in IMM or NACE Coating Inspector.
- Must have more 5 year experience in related field.
- Must have knowledge in relevant standards and specification e.g. British Standard,Steel Structure Painting Council, Swedish Standard and NACE.
- Knowledge in mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA), P&ID and other related drawings and operation of blast cleaning equipment and airless spray equipment for the application of heavy paints


6. Corrosion Engineer
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy of equivalent (or Diploma in these disciplines with more than 10 years experienced).
- At least 35 years experienced in related field and in oil and gas

industries.
- Knowledge in design, monitoring and maintenance of Cathodic Protection System and familiar with conversion of operating parameters into corrosion predictions.
- Required knowledge in corrosion and Cathodic protection monitoring techniques, and the operation of “Cosasco”, “CorrOcean” or equivalent types pressure access fittings,service valves and retrievers.


7. Corrosion Technician Level 2
- Minimum SPM/Equivalent
- Must possess professional certificate in ASNT Level II in UT, PT, MT (current&valid)
- At least 35 years experienced in related fields and in oil & gas industries.
- Required knowledge in corrosion and cathodic protection monitoring techniques, and the operation of “Cosasco”, “CorrOcean” or equivalent types pressure access fittings,service valves and retrievers.


8. Corrosion Technician Level 1
- Minimum SPM/Equivalent
- Must possess professional certificate in ASNT Level II in UT, PT, MT (current&valid)
- At least 13 years experienced in related fields and in oil & gas industries.


9. Multi Skill NDT Technician
- Diploma in engineering or equivalent with at least minimum 2 years experience in experience in NDT in oil and Gas industry.
- Shall posses at least ASNT/PCN level‐ii in UT, PT, MT & RT.
- Should be expert and have certificate in at least one fields in TOFD, Phased array UT,Long Range UT, Radiographic Interpretation, Eddy Current, AFCM or Thermographic and other equivalent certification.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.


10. Welder
- Must have at least 3 years experience as Welder in offshore related field.
- Must be able to work in all positions, including confined space and have a good working knowledge of filer metal, base metals, and joint preparations, welding techniques, preheat and post weld heat treatment.
- Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup).


11. Scaffolder
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a Scaffolder in offshore related field.
- Must have minimum qualification of the completion in Part 1 or Part 11 or Advance Scaffolding Course.
- Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical checkup).


12. Blaster/Painter
- Must have at least 4 years experience in industrial painting of which shall made up to two to 23 years offshore in blasting and painting.
- Possess valid Offshore certificate (safety training & Offshore medical).
