QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual.

Follow up QA Procedures implementation.

Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation.

Assist in setting yearly Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Quality related field

Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant on site work experience in QA/QC supervision

M & E Coordinator

Responsibilities:

To assist M & E Engineer in coordinating M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors

To assist in preparation and conducting Technical meetings and M&E co-ordination meeting

To assist in reviewing all M&E shop drawing from design team and submitted to consultant for approval

Supervision of M&E works, including monitoring of work progress with good quality to workmanship

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field

Possess at least Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Engineering or equivalent

Knowledge of Auto Cad will be an advantage

Good knowledge of M & E work procedure including statutory issues

Engineering Executive

Responsibilities:

To update Inventory Data & conduct Annual Road Condition Survey

To prepare Annual Work Programme & Budget/Specification & calling for quotation.

To conduct regular Road Inspection, Quality Audit I, Quality Audit II & III

Requirements:

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting / bookkeeping functions & maintenance of full set of accounts, including consolidated accounts

Prepare & analyse monthly & year-end closing of accounts

Prepare & analyse costing for projects including costs allocation

Management of accounts receivable / payable & monitoring of cashflow requirements

Prepare timely & accurate financial & management reports, annual budgets, management plans & cashflow projections

Ensure the accounting system & records comply with the Company’s policies, accepted accounting standards, statutory & tax requirements

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Monitoring for compliance to applicable codes and adheres to project budget and schedules.

Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed.

Accounting for engineering tasks and developing project specific procedures for the work to be carried out and satisfying contract requirements.

Interpreting clients’ requirements

Identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

Ensuring all justification for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.

Evaluating, organizing, and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.

Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and ensure effective engineering and client communication.

Requirements:

Minimum (5) Years’ experience in similar role with (Roads and Infrastructure Company)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Knowledge of relevant legislation

Responsibilities:

To oversee the implementation of the proposed rehabilitation of Miri-Marudi Road, Miri Division

To plan, organize & control resources & schedules so as to complete projects within established parameters of quality, time & approved cost

To formulate, plan & schedule so as to prepare for cost & financial planning, manpower & resources planning & sub-contracting planning

To liaise between the team including sub-contractors & consulting engineers pertaining to the progress of work, cost, workmanship, quality, materials, etc

To ensure all projects are implemented in accordance to the Integrated Management System

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering/Architectural/Quantity Surveyor

Minimum 10 -15 years relevant working experience
