Inspector
Qualification Required
      
The inspector to be proposed in this undertaking shall possess the following qualification as a minimum:

    * A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
    * Valid Abseiling Certificate (IRATA Level 1 minimum).
    * Welding knowledge is preferable.
    * Familiar with NDE processes, NDE certificate ASNT Level II or equivalent in any of the NDE method (RT, UT, MPI, DPI) is of advantage.
    * Possess a valid HUET and medical certificate.
    * Good Command of the English language (both oral and written).

      Experience Required
     

    * Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry as a structural inspector.
    * Previous experience in Design, Engineering and Fabrication of Offshore Oil & Gas Platform in   Engineering Construction or Consulting capacity.

    

Project Manager
Responsibilities
     

    * Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
    * Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management
    * Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents
    * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner
    * Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals
    * Draft and submit project proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
    * Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

    * Identify and manage project discrepancies and critical path
    * Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools 
    * Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
    * Proactively manage changes in job scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
    * Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
    * Develop best practises and tools for project execution and management

      Requirements
     

    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
    * Required language : English
    * At least 5 years of working experience in Minor Fabrication and Engineering is required for this position
    * Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Oil/Gas of equivalent
