Engineer-M&E

Engineer-Planning


Job Specification (Mandatory Requirements) :

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years experience in construction.

Commitment to working experience in a team environment, with established team building abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of project planning and scheduling software, including Primavera (P6)

Experience in Project Control.

Ability to speak and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Duties:

Establish Baseline Programme (cost loaded) for the project.

Attend Client / Consultant progress meetings and compile progress reports including detailed progress bar chart, summary bar-chart, “S” curve and 3-month rolling programme.

Obtain feedback and update on progress from respective departments.

Coordinate and consult with relevant project team members to ensure the completion of proper planning before a project is started.

Generate schedules for immediate implementation, as well as monitor the same schedule’s impact on the master schedule.

Collate information relating to variances in the Baseline Programme.

Update master construction programme.

Prepare programme of recovery measures, as required, to accelerate the construction progress, to ensure that milestones and targets are met.

Maintain and keep records of baseline programme and activities and progress records and all other revised programmed and activities (EOT claims).

Responsibilities

Handle customers’ enquiries and efficiently respond to customers’ feedback and request

Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales and achieve the sales targets

Close deals successfully, and compile and update weekly sales report

Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents

Develop new customers’ base and market opportunities

Executive – Procurement 

(Based in Bintulu)


Job Summary:

Manages, Executes, Expedites and Maintains assigned project, ensure timely implementation, progress and completion of the project in the most cost effective manner with quality.


Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the quality, reliability and service.

Coordinate the purchasing and distribution of building raw materials, equipment’s, machineries and supplies.

Plan material deliveries based on Implementation schedule and arrange long term commitments with supplier based on volume.

Direct sourcing of material from manufacturer or country of origin and negotiate with supplier on pricing, term of payment, credit facilities, stock availability, and delivery schedule.

Monitor delivery of materials in accordance with schedule and attend to enquiries concerning materials details and specifications.

Analyses, Compiles, updates and prepare daily status of activities and report.


Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years hands on related work experience.

Familiar with purchasing and planning operations.

Independent, analytical, proactive and ability to work under tight schedules.


Senior/Executive-Accounts


Responsibilities:

Able to handle and prepare full set of management accounts, including reconciliation preparation.

Responsible for day-to-day transactions processing for account receivables and payables.

Manage daily cash flow and utilization of fund and ensure proper routines and controls are in place for all expenses and cash processes.

Responsible for yearly budget preparation and revisions as and when necessary in consultation with various business units and translate theses into financial plans and projections, recommending appropriate corrective action as needed.

Participate and prepare proposals/reports for projects tendering as well as fund raising, corporate restructuring and other investment activities.


Requirements

Candidate must process at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree , Post
Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA qualified or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Must be computer literate and conversant in Microsoft Office application.

Possess a strategic mindset with high level of integrity and results driven. Highly organized and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.


Senior/Executive – Design


Responsibilities:

Liaise with consultants to achieve acceptable and economical design concepts.

To design and plan landscape for all show houses and project site.

Coordinate and supervise on landscaping works and interior design works to ensure compliance with plans and designs, specification and quality system.

Research and compilation of architectural design, planning and landscape information for future reference and further action.

Prepare graphical presentation for newly proposed design in 2D / 3D


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree / Professional Degree in Architecture / Town Planning / Interior Design or equivalent.

3-5 years related working experience in design and drawing for both infrastructural and Building work.

Strong design and project management capabilities.

Familiar with Microsoft design applications.


Senior Executive – IT 

(Based in Bintulu)


Job Summary:

Provide technical support to end users regarding all software and hardware issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting / support for end users relating to all technical issues such as hardware, software, printer and networking connections

Performs the standard software & hardware installation and configuration

Provide the 1st level support for all the standard ‘Off-the-Shelf” software

Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine ICT housekeeping services

Perform daily checklist of most important ICT equipment and communication line to ensure maximum up time with proper record

Maintain a proper record of common pool hardware system

Inspect and test all ICT products or services before it is being handed-over to users.

Assist in software design, development, documentation, testing, user training, implementation

Assist in server and network administration

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.

3 – 5 years related working experience is required for this position.

Training in Internet Technology, Microsoft applications, Windows server operating system.

Good interpersonal skills.


Officer-HSE


Mandatory Requirements:

Green Book Holder

Possess Diploma in Engineering and/or a NIOSH certificate and registered with DOSH.

Min. 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in overseeing project site safety and health and environment issues.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Survey

Responsibilities: (Pre-Contract/ Post Contract)

To prepare feasibility studies, perform quality surveying functions and communicate with Project Manager to evaluate project cost estimates

To prepare and evaluate tender and contract documents, BOQ and reports and make recommendations

To manage costs, values, labour and material process, finance, contractual arrangements and legal matters in the construction field

To monitor project quality to ensure conformance with specification and requirements
