FINANCE MANAGER

Job Descriptions:-

Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and arrange the available funds for loan repayment.

Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

Maintain banking relationships.

Assist in determining the payment terms in the sales/purchase contract.

Arrange for equity and debt financing

Invest funds.

Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows.

Prepare all documents which requested by the lenders.

Manage the preparation of the company's budget.

Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.

Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

Review the customer's performance and propose the credit limit based on the insurance coverage to management.

Propose the revised credit limit to management every year.

Lead and guide the assistant to control the credit limit.

Lead and guide the assistant to corporate with other dept claiming the insurance.

Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent business experience.

Five years of progressively responsible experience in Bank or division of a large corporation. 

Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.

Willing to work at Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu.

FURNACE OPERATOR (SILICONE MANGANESE)

Job Descriptions:-

Monitor the operation of raw materials batching system.

Monitor the furnace operation.

Maintain and operate the control board and system of the furnace for smooth and safe operation.

Communicate effectively with other department (ex. Maintenance) and ensure request is fulfilled in a timely manner.

Ensure the control room is secure at all time and unauthorized access to control board and furnace HMI system is strictly prohibited.

To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

Must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.

Willing to work at Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu.

OPERATOR (SILICONE MANGANESE)

Job Descriptions:-

Perform effective shift handover, ensuring all furnace system is in good condition.

Monitor and perform raw materials charging and stoking.

Maintain electrode paste level and monitor consumption of carbon case.

Perform pre-tapping inspection, hot metal tapping, skimming and casting in a safe and effective manner.

Make tapping consumables stock check at the beginning of shift and report any shortfall to Shift Leader.

Maintain good condition of Day Bin storage tanks for smooth batching system.

Report to Shift Leader for any equipment malfunction.

Maintain clean and safe working environment.

To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

Must possess at least SPM or equivalents.

Willing to work at Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu.
