To support the Senior Risk Executive and Senior Manager (group Risk Management) in the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives inclusive BCM training & education, Programme Co-ordinator, ISO Certification, and to ensure compliance to the BCM Framework, Crisis Management Plan (CMP), and BCM Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, and relevant BCM ISO Certification

To assist in administration of the Project Management Office during the implementation of the BCM roadmap

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, Economics, Business, Management or related discipline

Relevant Certification in Risk Management, Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and/or ISO27001 an added advantage

HSE SUPERINTENDENT (MINE & BARGE LOADOUT), GRADE E3/E4

Responsibilities:

Ensure Mine Plan is correctly implemented (Overburden, Disposal, Coal Mining, Coal Haulage to Barge Loadout, Coal stock management, Coal Crushing and loading to barges).

Ensure all engineering components of the mining business are being managed to achieve the monthly, annual and life-of-mine objectives.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mining), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification

Experience (typically 5 to 10 years) in small to medium open-cut coal or metalliferous mining operations with exposure to selective mining, strip and terrace mining techniques, drill and blast, and use of computerised mining control systems

MINE MANAGER, GRADE E7/E8

Lead a coal mine in its various functions of Safe Operations, Planning, Production, Logistics, Asset Maintenance, Geology, Survey, and Contract Management

To provide overall management, direction and co-ordination of all Mining and Coal Handling related activities to meet the business plan

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent qualification

Extensive experience (at least 15 years) in medium open-cut coal mining operations with exposure to selective mining, strip and terrace mining techniques and use of computerised mining control systems
