Certified Noise Competent Person by Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (advantage)
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Competent HSE Officer

POWER PLANT OPERATOR I, GRADE NE3

Responsibilities:
To efficiently operate, monitor and control the Gas Turbines, Combined- cycle Plant and all power generation equipment
To liaise closely with SDC to ensure quality power generation and dispatch, sufficient spinning reserve etc
To record hourly all critical operating data of the generating sets and associated auxiliaries and to report any abnormal indications, readings and faults to Chargehand immediately

Requirements:
Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic and equivalent institutions or MLVK Level 3
Has experience working in operation production plant is an advantage

SENIOR MANAGER I (MAINTENANCE), GRADE E6

To provide leadership in guiding, motivating and instill the staff to apply their knowledge and skills, and execute their responsibilities

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical)
Has more than 10 years’ experience in gas/ steam turbines is an advantage
Has experience in operation and maintenance of combined- cycle gas turbine plant is an advantage
Has experience in oil and gas industries turbine and steam turbine is an advantage

LIAISON OFFICER (BALEH HYDRO PROJECT) - 5 contract vacancies

Responsibilities:
Liaise with the local communities, headmen, relevant government department/agencies or any other relevant parties within the project area
Communicate the benefits the project will bring to the area and the surrounding communities
Engage the local communities so that everyone in the area will contribute to the success of the project
Proactively identify, assess and address communities expectations or concerns related to the project before these become grievances
Act as coordinator or focal point for local activities

Requirements:
Relevant experiences in community liaison, engagement especially in dealing with the local communities, community leaders, relevant government departments/agencies or any other relevant parties within the project area
Possess relevant experience in public consultation and negotiation especially in dealing with local community
Good knowledge in land acquisition and negotiation procedures
Good network with government departments and strong understanding of local customs, local needs and traditions
Fluent in local dialects especially Iban and Malay
Able to read and write in English and Malay
Preference will be given to locals residing in the project area of Baleh

SENIOR EXECUTIVE (BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT), GRADE E3/E4

Responsibilities:
To ensure compliance to the BCM Framework by conducting BIA and BCP reviews, BCM strategies reviews, Crisis Management Plan and BCM Framework reviews inclusive BCM policies, procedures and guidelines
To monitor performance measurements of BCP effectiveness for critical business areas, functions and applications
To plan, design scenarios, and execute crisis simulation exercises
To conduct BCM training & education programme
To take charge of administration of Project Management Office as and when required
To co-ordinate certification programme as and when required
To support the Manager (Business Continuity Management) and Senior Manager (Group Risk Management) in the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives in SEB Group  

Requirements:
Degree in Risk Management/Internal Audit/Business/ Engineering/Management
Certifications in Business Continuity Management from Business Continuity Institute, project management, ITIL, Disaster Recovery Institute International certifications, and other certifications in crisis management or emergency response, are an added advantage
Has minimum 5 years of related work experience, preferably in business continuity management, disaster recovery, crisis or emergency response, risk management, business, power utility operations in areas of engineering, IT, planning, business analysis, incident management
